After fifteen years climbing the competitive ranks of New York City’s financial sector, Andrew Pudalov resigned as Global Head of Fixed Income Derivative Trading at National Australia Bank to pursue a new passion and lifestyle. While he had mastered institutional derivative trading, his ambitions shifted toward a vastly different and more meaningful profession. In 2004, Andrew, his wife, and their two young children relocated to the beautiful backdrop of Boulder, Colorado to fulfill a vision - establish a place where people could eat healthy, be nourished, and truly enjoy the unadulterated elements of the earth. He founded Boulder’s University Hill district’s first all-natural bowl/smoothie bar in the fall of 2004, a refreshing and welcoming alternative to typical college-style fare. After mounting success, they launched a line of frozen grab-n-go bowls to meet the rising demand for their products. Today, he operates Rush Bowls retail, wholesale, and franchise, with over 100 stores in various stages of development throughout the country. As Rush Bowls continues to receive both regional and national acclaim, they maintain their commitment to offering pure, delicious nutrition and continually enhancing the concept. In addition, when time permits, Andrew revisits his roots by teaching Derivatives at the University of Colorado, just for old time’s sake.
