Manny Ceara is an expert-level sales leader and fitness professional who has spent the last decade helping Orangetheory Fitness grow from 22 units to over 1,000. Most recently he was the owner/operator of five Orangetheory studios in Palm Beach County, FL.  Before that, he served as the Senior Director of Sales & Operations at the world headquarters while being instrumental in leading the sales and operations teams for accelerated growth. His focus was driving incremental sales for the brand and the individual franchise.

Some of his assignments included being the Area Developer for Central & North Florida where he opened and supported over 30 Orangetheory studios along with presenting at every national summit and convention since 2013. He also led and delivered unmatched energy and value at the company’s first-ever international summits in both London and Sydney, Australia. 

Another focus was to lead, support, and inspire the franchise network with dedicated support and follow-up by offering tried and true practices for game-changing results. By having field experience and general knowledge of front-line operations, Manny had the edge to make sure OTF always led from the front. Lastly, he was responsible for creating and driving the presale effort for the brand to over-deliver sales results for the franchisees by perfecting the OTF presale model and pioneering the most successful presale practice in company history.

Manny honed his expert-level sales skills as the General Manager of a private-label gym along with finding his passion for fitness as a personal trainer.

He enjoys living in South Florida with his family and consults for high-end specialty brands like Scenthound and Frequency Breathwork.
