In a career spanning 20+ years, Jordan has helped lead great brands to even greater heights. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Jordan joined the team at Cold Stone Creamery in the early growth days. It was during his 10-year tenure here that Jordan earned his “real world MBA” – as a franchisee and Area Developer. From there he took his talents to another well-known National brand, Massage Envy where he led domestic and later international operations and grew the brand from 500 to well over 1200 locations! When the entrepreneurial bug bit again, Jordan then built a successful independent franchise consulting practice where he helped grow many well-known franchise brands. Building this consulting and speaking practice is a great source of pride for Jordan – which led to an opportunity to join one of his clients to lead operations of the Amazing Lash Brand.
Jordan joined Radiance Executive Team in 2020 to apply his two decades of franchise learnings to the already flourishing Sola Salons brand. It is his belief that strong franchisee relationships and trust are what build a solid foundation. Jordan particularly resonates with Sola’s core value of Care – Jordan cares deeply about franchisees and Sola Pros.
